Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right with your order, we'll do everything we can to make it right. Please read this policy carefully before reaching out.
Our Return Policy
Due to the personalised and consumable nature of our Discovery Sets, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. However, we do offer refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:
- Your order arrived damaged or broken
- You received the wrong items
- Your order was lost in transit and not delivered within 14 business days
Eligible Refunds
If your return request falls into one of the categories above, you may be eligible for:
- Full refund — returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Replacement set — we'll send you a new Discovery Set at no extra cost
- Store credit — to use on a future order
Non-Refundable Situations
- You simply don't like the scents (this is normal — it's why we offer samples, not full bottles)
- You entered the incorrect delivery address
- The product was opened and used without a defect
- The return request is made more than 14 days after delivery
How to Request a Refund

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos of damaged or incorrect items are helpful.

We'll respond within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) with a resolution.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
