Our Return Policy

Due to the personalised and consumable nature of our Discovery Sets, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. However, we do offer refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at sales@scenoo.co.za

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos of damaged or incorrect items are helpful.

We'll respond within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) with a resolution.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
