By accessing and using the SCENOO website (scenoo.co.za) and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About SCENOO

SCENOO uses AI-inspired systems and intelligent profiling. We provide customers with a curated selection of perfume samples based on their quiz responses. Our store is operated under the business name SCENOO.

2. Orders & Payment

• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is processed securely through Paystack. SCENOO does not store any card details.
• An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued.
• Discount codes are subject to individual terms and may not be combined with other offers.

3. Discovery Set & Products

• Each Discovery Set consists of 7 × 2ml perfume samples, curated by our AI based on your quiz responses.
• Due to the personalised nature of our product, no two Discovery Sets are identical.
• Sample images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual bottle appearance may vary.
• SCENOO does not guarantee that you will love every sample in your set — this is part of the discovery process.

4. Delivery

• We offer free delivery to all addresses within South Africa.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• SCENOO is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address.

5. Returns & Refunds

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the SCENOO name, logo, quiz system, perfume names, phrases, and design — is the intellectual property of SCENOO. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

We collect personal information solely to process your order and improve your experience. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

SCENOO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
